1. Preliminary remark
1.1. All customers who have entered into any business relationship with rent your sport Lampenhäusl owned by Hotel Lampenhäusl GmbH & Co KG as a result of rent your sport Lampenhäusl will be considered as customers.
1.2. Rental equipment is the name given to all summer and winter sports equipment to be rented, including all bicycles, e-bikes, Nordic walking hiking poles, rucksacks, skis, snowboards, snowblades, ski snowboard boots, cross-country skis, cross-country boots, helmets, ski cross-country ski poles, protectors , Sleds, etc.).

2. Contracting party
All business relationships take place between the customer and rent your Sport Lampenhäusl.

3. Rental conditions
3.1. Customer confirms with her booking   her legal age and unlimited business ability.
3.2. The business relationship is considered completed after the rental or sale of rental material and full payment of the claim.
3.3. When collecting the rental material  , the customer must present a photo ID (such as a passport, driver's license, etc.) and agrees to copy the same.
3.4. The customer confirms the correctness of his personal specified data, which are used for standard setting of the sports equipment.
3.5. When picking up the rental material, the customer confirms with his signature the correctness of his data, the receipt of the rental material, the compliance of the notified setting value according to his data and the standard value of the security binding.

4. Obligations of the tenant
4.1. The customer bears full responsibility for the rental material and has to use it according to its function.
4.2. The rental material may not be passed on by the customer to any other person, and in no case may the changed attitude on the rental material be changed.
4.3. The customer must ensure that the rental material is carefully and carefully kept in order to avoid confusion and theft. If no insurance is taken out when the lease starts, the rental material is considered uninsured. In the event of theft or loss, the customer is liable for the time value of the rental material.
4.4. Only the loaned rental material is withdrawn,
lost rental material is charged at fair value.

5. Validity
5.1. Online reservations are valid after receipt of the reservation confirmation, the reservation confirmation is to bring along.
5.2. The rental material can be picked up or rented on the afternoon of the day before the rental at the usual opening hours. The first rental will be charged from the following day. Return is until 19:00 o'clock of the last rental day.
5.3. The rental price scale applies only for consecutive days.
5.4. The online discount for online bookings is only valid until 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the rental.

6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. The customer can cancel his booking in writing free of charge until the first rental day  .
6.2. In case of illness or injury of the customer during the booked rental period, the actual rental period will be charged until the return of the rental material. Prerequisite for this is the direct booking   at rent your sport Lampenhäusl.

7. Theft or damage
7.1. Loss and theft of the rental material can be insured with a minimum protection from € 30,--
In the event of theft or loss without insurance cover, the rental material will be charged at fair value. The cheapest time value charged for carving skis or snowboards is:
for the category Basic Ski € 140, -
for the Top Ski category € 280, -
for snowboards € 270, -
In case of any theft, a police report is required, the same is to be shown in the rent your sport Lampenhäusl.
7.2. Damaged rental material can be exchanged free of charge, in case of intentional damage the customer will be charged for the repair costs. If a repair is no longer possible, the rental material will be charged at fair value.

8. Prices - Discounts
8.1. All prices include all taxes and duties.
8.2. Online discounts are with packages and promotions such as: Holiday Bonus Card or guest cards are not cumulative. It is always the cheapest price for the customer.

9. Setting security binding
Brings the customer own ski boots or skis and rents either skis or ski boots, the adaptation of the binding no longer meets the safety requirements of ISO 11088. Ski boots are adapted to the binding, however, according to ISO./ÖNORM no safety-technical Eistellung and Review made.

10. Warranty
The customer must announce complaints immediately on the spot at rent your sport Lampenhäusl in order to give rent your sport Lampenhäusl the opportunity to respond or to remedy the situation. In the case of complaints after termination of the business relationship there is no right to compensation.

11. Liability
For accidents of all kinds is expressly not liable, in particular will not be liable for damages resulting from false personally specified data which serve to standard setting the sports equipment.

12. Place of performance
Place of fulfillment is the place where the Hotel Lampenhäusl GmbH & Co KG is located

13. Jurisdiction
The competent place of jurisdiction is exclusively Zell am See.

14. Choice of law
Only Austrian law. The contract language is German.

15. Data protection
See Attachment

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and of the entire legal transaction. The ineffective condition is to be replaced by one that comes closest to the ineffective economically.
